Refund policy
At House of HBR, every piece is crafted with care and detail. We hope you love your purchase, but if you are not entirely satisfied, here’s how we can help.
1. Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges
- Products must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
- Returns or exchanges must be requested within 7 days of delivery.
- Non-returnable items: Custom-made, altered, or sale items are not eligible for return or exchange
2. Return & Exchange Process
- Place your return/exchange within 14 days of receiving your order.
- Share your order number and reason for return/exchange.
- Our team will confirm the eligibility and share the return shipping details.
- Once we receive and inspect the product, we will process your exchange or refund (if applicable).
3. Refunds
- Eligible refunds will be issued in the original payment method within 7–10 business days after receiving the product.
- For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be provided as store credit or bank transfer.
- Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.
4. Exchanges
- Exchanges are subject to product availability.
- If the requested product is unavailable, we will provide a store credit or refund (as per policy).
5. Return Shipping Costs
- Customers are responsible for return shipping charges unless the item received was defective or incorrect.
- The return charges applied against your return/exchange will automatically get transferred to a gift card that can be redeemed on your next order anytime within 1 year.
- In case of a wrong or damaged product, House of HBR will cover the return shipping cost.
6. Damaged or Incorrect Items
- If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with images of the product and packaging.
- We will arrange for a replacement at no extra cost.
