  • We accept payments via UPI, Cash on Delivery (COD), and other secure methods available at checkout.
  • Your order is confirmed only after payment (except COD) and acknowledgment from our side.

4. Shipping & Delivery

  • We aim to deliver orders within the estimated time frame mentioned at checkout. However, delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances.
  • Delivery charges, if applicable, will be displayed at the time of checkout.
  • Risk of loss passes to you once the order is delivered to the provided address.

5. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

  • Returns or exchanges are accepted only if the product is unused, unworn, and in its original packaging, subject to our Return Policy.
  • Customized or altered products are non-returnable and non-refundable.
  • Refunds, where applicable, will be processed within 3-5 business days via the original payment method, in case of COD a gift card of the exact refund amount will be allocated.
